PROTEGE INSULATED GARAGE DOORS
These doors are raised panel metal exterior with solid groves metal inside giving an attractive inside & outside textured white painted finish. In addition the two sided steel design encases a thermally bonded polyurethane insulation making a 2” thick sandwich door keeping your garage cooler while keeping noise out and comfort in.
Doors can be custom cut to fit existing opening from 7’ to 20’ wide and 6’ – 6” to 8’ – 3” height.

BATTERY BACK-UP OPERATORS
Technology Plus Company is a dealer for Liftmaster Automatic Door Operators. The estate series comes standard with a ever charge battery back-up module.

The battery backup system will operate the garage door opener for 20 cycles within a 24 Hrs period.
The operator light remains off as a sign that power is out and the battery backup is in use.

MOTOR – 1/3 OR ½ HP Motor with chain driven solid steel trolley and T-Rail to ensure extra strength and dependability. Motor has thermal protection.
SAFETY – A pair of photo beam is installed across the Garage Door opening. If any object breaks the beam while the door is closing, the garage door will automatically reverse. If the beam is obstructed, the door will not close.
LIGHTING SYSTEM – As the door opens and closes; the light goes on and turns off 41/2 minutes later.
REMOTE – As a smart receiver with remote range of approximately 30 ft and anti-burglary coding system.
